Falstech Solutions ("Falstech", "we") operates falstechsolutions.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the fields you provide: name, work email, company, industry, area of interest, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

When you book a discovery call via Calendly, Calendly collects the information you provide directly. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.

We do not run analytics or third-party trackers on this site at this time.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to reply to you, prepare for the call, and (if we proceed to an engagement) deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as the conversation is active, and are deleted on request. If you engage us for a project, contact data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months for follow-up.

Your rights

You can email us at davidfals@falstechsolutions.com to request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

Updates

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "last updated" date above. The current version is always available at this URL.
