About Falstech Solutions

A small senior team for mid-market Microsoft cloud problems.

We are the engineering bench mid-market IT directors wish they had on staff. Embedded fractional support — without the bloated retainer or the offshore handoff.

How we work

Four principles, every engagement.

We don't scale by hiring junior engineers and renting them out. We scale by being selective about who joins the team and what we say yes to.

Senior engineers, not generalists

Every engagement is led by an engineer with 10+ years across Azure, Entra, and M365. No bench warmers, no offshore handoffs, no learning on your bill.

Built for follow-the-sun coverage

Engineers across the US, Europe, and West Africa keep work moving while you sleep. You see daily progress in your team's Slack or Teams.

We build, not just advise

Strategy decks are easy. We deliver landing zones, governance policies, security baselines, and modernization roadmaps that ship to production.

Microsoft-native, partner-track

Aligned to Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected guidance from day one. We use Microsoft tools the way Microsoft intended.

Where we came from

Built by people who lived inside enterprise IT.

Falstech Solutions was founded by engineers who spent a decade inside Fortune 500 cloud teams — running Azure landing zones for tens of thousands of users, governing thirty-plus subscriptions across business units, and shipping Zero Trust rollouts that passed real auditors.

We saw the same pattern over and over: mid-market companies (50–500 employees) outgrow their MSP's ticket-shop model long before they can justify a full senior cloud hire. They end up paying enterprise prices for help-desk tier work, while their actual architecture quietly drifts.

Falstech exists to fill that gap. We embed senior engineering talent into mid-market teams on a fractional basis — same caliber as a Big-4 engagement, none of the partner overhead.
