About Falstech Solutions

Principal-led engineering for mid-market Microsoft cloud problems.

Falstech gives IT leaders direct access to the engineer responsible for Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra delivery, rather than an account manager relaying decisions. Any subcontractor role is disclosed before work begins.

How we work

Four principles, every engagement.

Falstech keeps responsibility visible. Specialist expertise is assembled across locations only when a defined scope requires it, and each subcontractor's role is disclosed.

Principal-led delivery

One accountable engineer leads each engagement from technical discovery through handoff. Work is not passed down a bench.

Specialists when the scope needs them

When a defined scope needs additional expertise, Falstech may engage independent specialists as subcontractors. Their roles and responsibilities are disclosed in the scope.

We build, not just advise

Strategy decks are easy. We deliver landing zones, governance policies, security baselines, and modernization roadmaps that ship to production.

Microsoft-focused, evidence-led

Recommendations use relevant Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected guidance, then account for the constraints in your environment.

Confidentiality and access

Specialist access stays scoped and disclosed.

Client information is handled only for the agreed work. Before a specialist receives access, Falstech requires confidentiality terms, discloses their role, and limits access to what their assigned scope requires.

The practice

Built on hands-on enterprise infrastructure work.

Falstech engineering is grounded in production Azure environments rather than reference architecture alone. The practice covers networking, FinOps, governance, identity, security, application delivery, observability, and the kind of troubleshooting that only comes from running these platforms.

Where Falstech works

These describe the practice's areas of engineering depth. They are not client outcomes. Case studies will be published only when the engagement and its evidence can be verified and disclosed.

FinOps and governance
Cost visibility, Azure Policy, RBAC, and tagging standards that hold up as an estate grows.
Application platform
App Service and container platform design, consolidation, and right-sizing against real utilization.
Observability
Log Analytics and Azure Monitor design: what to collect, where it lands, who can query it, and what it costs.
Networking and private connectivity
Hub-and-spoke, Virtual WAN, BGP, private endpoints, Private DNS, Application Gateway, and API Management.
Identity and access
Microsoft Entra ID design, Conditional Access, and privileged access review.
Production troubleshooting
Connectivity, DNS resolution, and platform failures diagnosed in live environments.
Credentials

Technical depth with business context.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Certifications are held by the engineer delivering the work. In-progress credentials are not listed here.
